As a DSP at Enable, Inc, you'll be responsible for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This means helping with everything from personal care tasks to household chores to social outings. But don't worry, you won't be doing it alone – you'll work closely with a team of fellow DSPs and program coordinators to ensure that each individual receives the personalized care and support they need to thrive.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability, flexibility, and patience in working with individuals with diverse needs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Open Shifts:
Full time: Split shift, mornings 6 am to 10 am and 2:00 pm - 8 pm and every other weekend
Full Time: Split shift, mornings 6 am to 9 am and 3:00 pm -9 pm and every other weekend
Part Time: 6 am - 10 am and every other Saturday and Sunday 7 am to 7 pm
Part Time: 3 pm- 9m and every other Saturday and Sunday 8 am - 8 pm
