Job Description

• POSITION SUMMARY
  
  • Greeting and assisting customers with selection of home medical equipment and supplies. Educate patient on the insurance process required for coverage, depending on type of insurance and product needed. Educate patient on required documentation from physician and the future. Required to properly fit all products.
    
• MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  
  • Licenses and Certifications Required
    
    • Orthotics and Mastectomy Fitter Certificates, preferred.
      
    • Current ND or other State Drivers License, preferred.
      
  • Educational Requirements
    
    • High School Diploma, or equivalent, preferred.
      
  • Experience Requirements
    
    • Minimum of one year sales experience, preferred.
      
    • Minimum of one year experience in cashiering and balancing, preferred.
      
    • Previous experience in working with direct patient contact, preferred.
      
    • Previous experience using computerized system for information storage and retrieval, preferred.
      
  • Special Skills or Training Requirements
    
    • Medical terminology knowledge, preferred.
      
    • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, preferred.
